Pastor David Juhl

Rev. David M. Juhl is a 2002 graduate of Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne, IN. He served his vicarage (internship) year at Faith Lutheran Church, Tullahoma, TN. Pastor Juhl previously served Trinity Lutheran Church, Iuka, IL and Our Savior Lutheran Church, Momence, IL. He was installed as the twelfth Pastor of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church on January 30, 2022.

Pastor Juhl is a native of Du Quoin, IL. He is married to Rebecca, a Wisconsin native. They are parents to three sons and two daughters. Pastor Juhl’s hobbies include curling, listening to music, reading, and enjoying the many blessings of living in the Badger State.
 

Lynnette Taylor, Church Office

Lynnette Taylor is the office administrator at St. Peter’s. She takes care of the bookkeeping for both the church and the Child Care Center. She graduated from the University of Wyoming with a bachelor’s degree in Production Agriculture but chose to stay home and raise her family for the next several years. When she is not at the church office she is most likely helping her husband, Todd, in the barn or following one of their children to FFA, 4-H, band or sports events. She and Todd are blessed with four children; Jessica, who lives and works in Laramie, Wyoming; Hannah, recently graduated from Kansas State University in Manhattan, KS with a Master’s Degree in Ag Economics; Justin, who attends South Dakota State University majoring in Ag Engineering; and Hayden, who recently graduated from Poynette High School. Her favorite season is spring because that is when everything comes back to life.

 

Cantor Geremy Zieroth

Cantor Geremy Zieroth joined St. Peter’s Ministry in July 2013. His duties include: organist for all worship services; choir director; bells director; special music coordinator, and offers piano and organ lessons to the community.

Cantor Zieroth received his Bachelor of Arts in Music, church music emphasis at Concordia University Chicago in River Forest, IL. He received his colloquy from there as well and was given an official call to St. Peter’s in the summer of 2014. Prior to St. Peter’s, he served congregations in Darmstadt, IN and Lemay, MO.

He is married to Hattie who is an Emergency Department nurse. Together, they have four children: Katze, Nora, Jesse, and AnnaLee. He also enjoys working in his garden and exploring the local Wisconsin world with his family!
 

Vicar Nicholas “Nick” Sinatra

Vicar Nicholas “Nick” Sinatra was installed as vicar at St. Peter’s on July 16, 2023. His vicarage will last for one year, and, afterwards, he will return to Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to complete his pastoral training. His duties include: assisting and shadowing pastor, preparing Bible Studies, teaching confirmation, and learning the ins and outs of the day-to-day operations of the church.
 
Vicar Sinatra received his Bachelor of Arts majoring in History and minoring in Biblical Languages from Concordia University Chicago in River Forest, Illinois. 
 
Vicar Sinatra likes to play music for fun and can play baritone/euphonium, tuba, trombone, and harmonica. A native of Georgia, Vicar Sinatra likes exploring his new surroundings in Wisconsin by hiking, sight-seeing, and trying his hand at curling.
